These terms apply when you use this website to book foreign currency for delivery. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India and travelling abroad to place an order. The person who places the order must be the traveller named on the documents.
2. Orders and exchange rates
Rates shown before you order are indicative. Your order is priced at the latest rate when it is placed. If the rate changed since you chose your currency, we show the new total and ask you to confirm it.
Every order carries a service charge of ₹236 (₹200 plus 18% GST) and GST on the currency conversion, worked out on the value of the currencies. When you buy, they are added to what you pay; when you sell, they are deducted from what we pay you. The breakdown is shown before you place your order and on your order page.
3. Order limits
Each order may be worth up to the equivalent of USD 3,000. We may refuse or adjust orders that exceed applicable limits.
4. Documents and verification
We need the following documents, as PDFs, to process your order:
- Passport
- PAN card
- Travel ticket
- Visa, unless you declare that you are travelling visa-free or with a visa on arrival
5. Delivery
We deliver only to the cities offered at checkout. Someone must be available at the delivery address with original documents for verification.
6. Cancellations and rejections
To cancel an order, contact support. We may reject or cancel an order if documents can't be verified or the order breaks these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
