  • Order details: currencies, amounts, delivery address and contact phone number
  • Documents you upload: passport, PAN card, travel ticket and visa

  • To process, verify and deliver your orders
  • To meet our legal obligations for foreign exchange transactions
  • To contact you about your orders and respond to support requests

3. Storage and security

Your documents are accessible only to you and to our verification team. Sign-in tokens are kept in secure, HTTP-only cookies.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with delivery partners (address and phone, to deliver your order) and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep order and document records for as long as the law requires for foreign exchange transactions, then delete them.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it. Contact support with your customer ID, which you can find on your Profile page.
