Why carry yen in cash
Japan still relies on cash more than most countries: many restaurants, temples, rural shops and ticket machines prefer it. Take enough yen for daily spending and keep cards as a backup.
Documents you need
Foreign exchange rules require us to check who is buying and why. Keep your passport, PAN card, travel ticket and visa (where your destination needs one) ready. Upload them as PDFs or photos when you order, or add them later from your order page.
Pay when your cash arrives
Nothing is charged online. You pay on delivery in cash, by UPI or by bank transfer, and you see the rate, charges and total in rupees before you place the order.
